Indicated Delivery Time
Our delivery times range from 2 to 5 business days for home delivery. The stated delivery times are indicative and correspond to the average processing and shipping times. Stockholm cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery that are beyond its control.

Custom Duties Outside France
Prices include all taxes and duties.

Return
Ron Dorff is committed to providing products of the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer an exchange or a refund for the items concerned under the conditions outlined below. In the event of a withdrawal, the shipping fees paid by the customer will be refunded only if the entire order is returned.

GENERAL
In the case of a refund, it will be processed within 14 working days from the date the returned item is received. For returns and exchanges of swimwear and underwear, items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. Items that are part of a kit cannot be returned individually. If you wish to receive a refund for a kit, all products included in the kit must be returned together. We regularly adjust our prices based on fashion trends, stock levels, and commercial activity. As a result, price differences on orders placed prior to a promotion or sale cannot be refunded or credited. If you return an item from an order that included a free gift with purchase (GWP), and the remaining order value falls below the GWP threshold, the gift must also be returned. If the gift is not returned, a charge based on its market value will apply. Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are free in all countries worldwide. If you would like a different size or colour, please submit an exchange request on our portal.

RETURNS

If you choose a return method other than the one we provide, the return shipping costs will be at your expense.
