For countries outside of France, the following terms of Sale apply: Terms of Sale Global-e (hereinafter "the Web site") is the property of Stockholm Sports (here after "Stockholm Sports), a limited company, with its head office at 5, Place André Malraux, 75001 Paris, France, registered in the Company Register (RCS) for Paris under number 507870921. Inter-community VAT number FR 19507870921. These general terms of sales apply to all orders through the Web site. These terms are subject to modification and updates; accordingly, the terms applicable to product orders by customers are those applicable on the date of the order on the Web Site.

I. The Customer

To be a Customer of the Web site you must be a consumer, of legal age and with full legal capacity or to be authorised by your parents to order on the Web site. The personal information you give to Stockholm Sports when opening your customer account or upon any order you may place must be complete, accurate and up to date. Stockholm Sports would not be responsible for undelivered products should the data prove incorrect. Stockholm Sports reserves the right to cancel any order should the IP address of the customer be located in a country different from the billing and/or delivery address.

II. The Products

The products offered for sale are those featured on the Web site. Stockholm Sports makes every effort to accurately present and describe the products to inform the Customer at best. It is, however, possible that the Web site may contain minor errors, which you recognise and accept. In the event of any non-compliance of the product delivered with its description on the Web Site, Stockholm Sports agrees to remedy such non-compliance by either exchange or pay back (totally or partly) the invoiced product.

III. Ordering Products

The acceptance of orders placed on the Web Site is subject to compliance with the procedure set up by Stockholm Sports. This takes the form of a series of succeeding screen pages indicating the steps to be taken by customers to validate their order. You will have the possibility, before final validation of your order, to verify the order details and the total price, and to correct any possible errors, before confirming it and expressing your acceptance. Every confirmed order applies as a sale contract and an acceptance of all the present stipulations.

Stockholm Sports is entitled to refuse any order made by a customer with whom a dispute exists in connection with the payment of a former order, as well as any order that is not compliant with these general terms of sale. In such cases, Stockholm Sports will inform the customer by e-mail. Unless the customer contacts us to correct the error or the non-compliance with these general terms of sale, we reserve the right not to process the order.

Once you have validated your order, Stockholm Sports will promptly confirm receipt by sending you an e-mail to the address provided to us. In that aim, you formally accept the use of e-mail by Stockholm Sports to confirm the content of your order. This confirmation e-mail will include all of the information provided by you, as well as the accepted price and terms of payment with an indication, as the case may be, of any possible difficulties or reservations in respect of the order. For each product, you will also receive, upon delivery, written confirmation of the price paid and of the shipping fees applicable to you.

IV. Price and Terms of Payment

A. Choice of price

The prices displayed on the Website are in local currency, shipping excluded. The total price of the order (shipping fees included) is mentioned in the Shopping Bag. Stockholm Sports reserves the right to modify the prices at all times but the prices invoiced to customers are those applicable on the date of the order, subject to stock. 


Prices include all taxes and duties. 

For all orders shipped inside the European Union, there are no duties and our logistic partnership Global-e is responsible for paying local VAT to the authorities. 

For all orders shipped in Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore and Switzerland, our logistic partnership Global-e is responsible for paying them to the authorities.

For all orders shipped inside Canada, customers are responsible for paying the sales tax that applies to their order. Our logistic partner Global-e is responsible for paying the duties for orders above the duty threshold (20CAD).

For all other countries, customers are responsible to pay for all applicable taxes and duties.

B. Payment methods

To pay your order, you may use one of the payment methods indicated in the checkout according to your country (credit card, debit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple pay). For credit card payments: the Customer has access to a dedicated space made available by our bank, which ensures the security and recording of the payment order. To this effect, the Customer explicitly authorizes Stockholm Sports to debit its account accordingly to the amount of the ordered products. Data registered and saved by Stockholm Sports act as a proof of order and of all transactions done. Data registered by the payment system act as a proof of the financial transactions.

For payment via Paypal, please follow the instructions online. After the Paypal payment page, you will be redirected to where you need to click on PROCEED TO PAYMENT in order to confirm the transaction. A complete order review page will appear confirming your order.

You have the possibility to pay in 3 installments free of charge with PayPal in several countries, and also with Alma in France, with Klarna in Australia, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, UK and US. For more information, please refer to the following page PAYPAL FAQALMA FAQ or KLARNA FAQ.

V. Delivery

Stockholm Sports will make delivery to the address you give in your order, it being specified that this must be your place of residence or that of any other individual of your choice residing in any of the member countries of the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, Israel, (Deliveries will not be made to hotels or PO boxes).

In the territories listed above outside the European Union, it is recalled that delivery may be delayed for so long as customs formalities and duties have not been carried out or paid by you, and you agree to this.

To ensure the lead times can be met, you should check that you have provided complete and accurate information concerning the delivery address (such as, inter alia, road number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and/or interphone numbers, etc.). Inaccurate information may result in longer delivery times or re-shipments.

Mentioned lead times are indicative of the average time to process order and to delivery it. Stockholm Sports would not be held responsible for a delayed delivery due to external causes.

In case of damaged delivery (already opened, missing product...), the Customer is due to notify the transport service and Stockholm Sports, by any means, and his refusal of the product within 5 days following the delivery.

VI. Returns

Ron Dorff is committed to providing products of the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with your order, we commit ourselves to offer a refund of the products concerned under the below conditions.

The right of retraction does not apply to artificial persons (i.e. companies).

The products must still be in their original packaging and in their original condition (i.e. not worn, washed, ironed, altered or soiled).

For orders shipped within Europe & Switzerland, the cost of returns is covered by Ron Dorff for Standard Delivery. For Express returns, the customer is responsible for the return costs.

Outside Europe, the customer is responsible for the return costs (15CAD for Canada, 35,55€ for the rest of the world).

Our customer service will provide for all necessary instructions with the return address as well as a return authorization number that needs to be stated on the return package.  

In the case of a refund, it will be processed within 14 working days of the date of reception of the returned item.

For return of underwear and swimwear, please make sure they have not been worn and that they are returned in their original package.

Items that belong to a Kit cannot be returned individually. If you want to receive a refund for a Kit, you must return all the products that were included in it.

We are responsive to adjusting our prices based on fashion trends, inventory and business operations. The price difference for all orders placed before promotions or sales cannot be refunded, or be the subject of a voucher.

In the event that damaged goods are returned, Ron Dorff will return these to the purchaser, who will then be required to pay the delivery costs.

If you are returning an item from an order that came with a free Gift With Purchase (GWP) and the value of the order falls below the GWP qualifying amount after the return, the redeemed GWP must be returned as well. If the GWP is not returned, you will incur charges based on the market value of the GWP.

For items on sale in US, no returns and exchanges are accepted but please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

For returns with a request for a refund : The purchaser will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item and the outward delivery costs, conforming with the Châtel Law. The delivery costs for the return will however be born by the purchaser who reside outside the European Union.

VII. Warranties

Every order is submitted to the Customer's acceptance of the terms & conditions of use, which are subject to French law. In case of litigation, a French Court shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to resolve it. In case of problem or complaint, the Customer may address to the Customer Service department to find a mutual agreement.

VIII. Use of Your Information

Stockholm Sports collects personal data on the Web site required for processing orders. Such data may be communicated, in whole or in part, to our service providers involved in fulfilling the order. Customers are informed that such personal data are also collected by bodies in charge of analysing orders and fighting against credit card fraud. In accordance with Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 on automated data processing, files and civil liberties, you have the right to access, modify, correct, oppose and delete personal data concerning you.
