I purchased two different colors of the light city shorts. Perfect for long trips (long airline flights), walking around town (even when it's hotter outside). The fabric does stretch just a little bit, so I did not want to size up. The length is just right: not too short and not too long. It hits about 3/4 down the thigh above the knee The side pockets are deep enough for larger cellphones. Excellent Ron Dorff quality! I'll definitely purchase more! Highly recommend. True to size, so personally I would not size up. Instead, order your usual size.
